What it does

Collection Plan was built for The Organised Home as the operational companion to Luxe Ironing. The team uses it on the road and at base to plan a mixed collection and delivery run, track reusable Luxe Bags through custody, and confirm handovers with a QR scan. The live preview on Organised Home uses demonstration data so you can click through the route, map and scan flow. It is not production-ready for live customer orders until the production build remit is complete.

Problem solved

Once Luxe Ironing has several stops in a day, the risk is no longer just the pressing. It is handing the wrong bag to the wrong household, missing a window, or losing sight of where an order sits. Collection Plan is built so a mismatched scan is blocked before confirmation, not discovered later in an audit log.

Workflow

  1. 1Create an Ironing Order with address, window and instructions
  2. 2Assign one or more available Luxe Bags
  3. 3Add the stop to the day’s mixed route
  4. 4On the doorstep, scan the bag; confirm only on a match
  5. 5Advance Received → Ironing → Packed at base, then plan and confirm the return

Features

Mixed day routes

Collections and deliveries on one ordered run, with stop windows and Start Route flow.

Road map and driving route

OpenStreetMap tiles with an OSRM road-following line, distance and travel time on the live preview.

Luxe Bag custody

Each reusable bag stays tied to one Ironing Order from collection through ironing to return.

Wrong-bag block

A QR scan must match the expected bag before collection or delivery can be confirmed.

Customer event messages

Messages fire from real events (collected, packed, out for delivery, delivered), not from memory (simulated in the preview).
