This website describes Business Factory products. Browsing and submitting an enquiry does not create a purchase contract. A configuration request is a request for review, not an order.

Contract, licensing, ownership, refund and cancellation terms will be issued before any paid Factory build is accepted. Software terms apply to Factory Apps where they are included or added.
